Editorial planning advice: for a boss drop, choose a fight you can repeat without repeatedly losing your progress. For a raid reward, check the chest tier before starting. For crafting or a market purchase, read the current recipe or price before spending scarce materials.
The table is not a promise of a drop after a fixed number of attempts. It also does not mean a Legendary weapon is automatically the right choice for your current build.
