From Windy Peak, head down toward Tom and the Mother Bear quest area. Turn right, descend to the waterfall pool, and go through the falls. Look for Hoyuzo Subordinates near the entrance; Hoyuzo is deeper inside. The 27 September PGG route and TechWiser’s Bamboo Grove description point to this same landmark route.

The reported route is east of Mistfall Harbor, south of Bamboo Grove Sanctuary. Look for pink demon-head map markers, then search the grassy cliffs and village paths at night. The same walkthrough reports the core appearing in your inventory after a successful drop. Check the Beast Core item count rather than searching indefinitely for a ground pickup.
