Cross the long red bridge toward Mistfall Harbor, take the hanging bridge to the left, and climb the large wooden house near the Rengu boss area. The trainer stands on its upper roof. Reported requirement: 10 Demon Horns and 6,000 Wen; level 25. Level 25 is the starting threshold; reaching it does not automatically unlock the style.
